We’ve released a new service that expands your options for making a profit in both active and passive ways—OctaFX Copytrading. Novice traders can now automatically copy the positions of pros and learn their strategies, while experienced traders can now apply for Master Trader status and start collecting commission from their copiers.
Whether you want to make money in a more passive way, or thoroughly examine the trading techniques of the most proficient traders, you can simply view the list of Master Traders on our site and start copying the one you like in a couple of clicks. If you do not have much time to monitor the market, and you still want your money to work for you, or if you are taking some time off from trading and are looking for a short-term highly profitable investing strategy, this feature is for you!
We offer a variety of risk management tools to back you up when you entrust Master Traders with your capital: we collect all the trading performance data on our Master Traders and show them to the public, and we let you adjust the threshold on which new trades will stop getting copied if a particular Master Trader goes too deep into loss. You can also diversify your portfolio by allocating money to different Master Traders using different strategies and trading on different symbols—this lowers the risk significantly.
If you feel like you are an experienced trader and you’d rather let others copy you for a fee, you can almost as easily create your master profile and describe your trading strategy. We’ll add you to the master’s pool where traders and investors will see your performance and strategy description. When you become a Master Trader, we encourage you not to wait for copiers to find you, but to act in a more proactive manner: promote your master profile and create several trading accounts for different trading strategies.
Additionally, to make it easier for you to manage your finances between master traders and to collect profit, we have introduced a special Wallet for your Personal Area. You can now accumulate funds in your Wallet before distributing them to Master Traders, add up your profit on it at the end of each trading day, or conveniently withdraw money from a single location.
