Starting September 6, enhanced leverage ratios on Standard, Fixed and ECN accounts for currency pairs and metals will be distributed as follows:

FAQ
- Will the leverage ratio on my account change automatically? No, it won’t. To increase leverage on your account, you must submit a request in your Personal Area.
- What if my account leverage is 1:100 or lower? If you want to trade metals, the margin will be calculated based on your account leverage of 1:100, not 1:200 as before. You can increase your leverage by submitting a request in your Personal Area.
- What if my account leverage is 1:500 and I have open positions on metals? In this case, the margin to maintain your positions will decrease, and the level of free funds in your account will increase.
