• Tuesday, 2 January: The team returns refreshed and ready to provide support via Live chats from 5 a.m. UTC+3. We are eager to assist you with any questions or support requirements as we step into the new year.

CTP Team’s Holiday Schedule

• Sunday, 31 December: Our CTP team will be operational until 10 p.m. UTC+1. For specialized services or support from this team, please ensure your requests are submitted before this closing hour.
• Monday, 1 January: The team begins operations at 10 a.m. UTC+1 after celebrating the New Year. This break allows our team members to rejuvenate and return with enhanced dedication and energy to serve you better.
