Today we visited the PASYKAF headquarters, it was a deeply emotional and humbling experience meeting the passionate staff that give so much to comfort so many people. During our visit we spoke with Spyroula Argyriou, Limassol District Manager and Janine Michaelides (Home Care Nursing) which told us about the association’s mission:
“PASYKAF offers support services for cancer patients throughout the free areas of Cyprus, and these services are offered for absolutely no charge. The association offers free transport to and from cancer treatment centers, 24 hour nursing services and psychological and specialized palliative care.
PASYKAF’s important support of cancer patients physically, psychologically and emotionally – extends their vision to education, enlightenment and prevention of cancer ultimately seeking to create a greater societal culture which shares these values.”
