CAPEX South Africa (za.capex.com) is operated by JME Financial Services Pty Ltd, which is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). The license number is 37166, obtained in 2019.

Clients trading under this regulation benefit from:

• segregated bank accounts – client accounts cannot be accessed by third parties and are kept in top-rated banks, separate from company accounts  
• negative balance protection - ensures that traders do not risk more than the balance on their account
• leverage of up to 1:300 

CAPEX Middle East (ae.capex.com) is operated by Key Way Markets Ltd, which is regulated by ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority under the License no. 190005.
