The use of Forex-Awards.com constitutes acceptance of the website’s applicable Terms, Conditions, Privacy and Cookies Policies. Forex-Awards.com is an independent industry information, evaluation and awards platform that has been operating within the international forex and electronic trading industry since 2010. All information published on the website, including Forex Awards results, nominations, broker and company profiles, historical records, ratings, reviews, market-related materials, graphical information, press releases and third-party contributions, is provided primarily for informational, analytical and industry-recognition purposes and should not be interpreted as investment advice, financial advice, a solicitation to trade, or a recommendation to open an account with, deposit funds with or conduct transactions through any particular broker, exchange, financial institution or service provider. Forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments, particularly leveraged and margin-based products, involve a significant degree of financial risk and may result in the partial or complete loss of the capital committed to trading. Market volatility, liquidity conditions, leverage, spread expansion, slippage, price gaps and execution characteristics can materially affect trading results, and past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. Before entering into any financial transaction, users should independently evaluate the characteristics and risks of the relevant instruments, their financial circumstances, investment objectives, trading experience and risk tolerance and, where appropriate, seek independent professional advice. A Forex Award represents category-specific industry recognition within the applicable nomination, methodology and evaluation period; it does not constitute regulatory approval, certification of financial soundness, a guarantee of future performance or an assertion that an award recipient is suitable for every trader or jurisdiction. Although Forex-Awards.com makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and relevant information, brokerage conditions, regulatory status, pricing, execution policies, account specifications, products and services may change, and no representation is made that all information will remain complete, accurate or current at all times. Users should independently verify material information before making financial or commercial decisions. Reviews, comments, press releases and other materials submitted by companies, users or third-party contributors remain attributable to their respective authors, and publication on Forex-Awards.com does not necessarily constitute editorial endorsement or independent verification of their statements. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Forex-Awards.com shall not be liable for trading losses, loss of capital, lost profits or other direct or indirect losses arising from decisions made in reliance on information published on the website.
